Our inspections and reports are carried out in accordance with Australian standards AS4349.1-2007 (building inspection), & AS 4349.3-2010 (timber pest inspection). Subject to safe and reasonable access the inspection will normally report on the condition of each of the following areas of the property:
- The property interior
- The roof void
- The property exterior
- The subfloor
- The roof exterior
- The yard and fences up to 20m from the property
The report is usually a 20-25 page pdf color document with categories being:
- Major defects in the above areas
- Minor defects in the above areas
- Termite activity and/or termite damage in the above areas
- Comments/summary on the property and inspection
