Should i accept a building report from the seller or the real estate agent?

The reality is would you purchase an expensive car based on a condition report from the seller or car sales person? Of course not. How about a property costing up to $2m?

You need an unbiased, totally objective view of the property by an experienced inspector with no interest whatsoever in the outcome of the property sale.
